Description of the activity
From a timely and representative selection of wines and sparkling wines, you will come into contact with the peculiarities of the influence of the massif on the wines and sparkling wines that the wineries produce.
We will taste wines of a single variety and "cupatge" wines made with the traditional varieties of the area: Malvasia de Sitges, Subirat Pariente, Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Sumoll, Garnatxa, Samsó, Tempranillo. Also, sparkling wines made both by the traditional or "champenoise" method and by the ancestral method. You will know the differences between the two methods of elaboration.
We will relate the incidence of the massif; the minerality, acidity and salinity with the taste of the wines and sparkling wines selected.
No previous knowledge is required, only interest and good vibes are needed.

DON'T FORGET: to attend this tasting you do not have to be an expert in wines, it is about knowing the territory by tasting the wines and their particularities in a casual way, being able to deepen as much as you want depending on the will of the tasting group.
